Registration Policy:
- Each accepted paper must be registered by at least one author no later than July 15, 2026. If an author has multiple accepted papers, separate registration is required for each paper.
- Presenting Author of each accepted paper must register for an Author Registration by July 15, 2026, which covers full conference access, including teabreaks and two lunches. The fee for Vietnamese Authors is 1.000.000 VND, and Non-Vietnamese Authors is 100 USD.
- Co-authors not presenting, authors opting out of proceedings publication, and guests are required to complete the Non-author Registration by July 15, 2026, to ensure priority access. The registration fee is 500,000 VND for Vietnamese nationals and 50 USD for international participants.
